IOM, working with partners, is developing tools to help counter-trafficking stakeholders in their work and contribute to developing the evidence base on human trafficking. Below are links with further details on these initiatives and the materials available.

Human Trafficking Case Data Standards, Toolkit and Guidance (HTCDS)

The Human Trafficking Case Data Standards, Toolkit and Guidance (HTCDS) provides a common approach to collecting and recording case data related to human trafficking. While consistent with ICS-TIP, it is intended for organizations and service providers handling human trafficking cases.

Counter Trafficking in Emergencies

IOM's Counter Trafficking in Emergencies website provides access to publications, reports, toolkits, guidelines and materials to actors working in counter-trafficking in emergency contexts.

International Standard and Guidance for Human Trafficking Administrative Data

The International Standard and Guidance for Human Trafficking Administrative Data (ICS-TIP), developed with UNODC, provides guidance to governments on the collection, management and safe use of such data.
